I will share with you the shelters in the South Carolina.
First they had wood houses. They made the wood houses out of tree wood
and tree bark. Next they had straw houses. They made the straw houses out of straw that comes from dry grass, seeds , water, clouds and god. Next we made
brick houses out of cement, melted rock, rocks, nature. In conclusion you can see the South Carolina Colony had three different materials used to make houses.
Can you imagine using horses instead of tractors to farm. Read on to find more information about the food that the South Carolina colony ate. First we farmed corn, beans, and lots of other foods. The fields were planted by horses pulling wagons full of seeds and fertilizer. It took them weeks to even make four fields. Over years they had planted many different crops and the crops made lots of food. Next they hunted in the woods, deer and they fished for lots of different kinds of fish. They fished salmon, halibut, and trout. The people in South Carolina cooked the fish and ate it. In conclusion you know what the South Carolina colony ate
Clothing worn in the South Carolina colony was very interesting.
First the women’s clothing was very fine. Women in upper class had very fine clothing made of animal skin and expensive fabric. Women in middle class had knitted clothing that people made. The lower classes women made their own clothes out of animal skin, cotton, and wool. Next men in upper class also wore interesting clothing. The men in upper class wore breeches. Breeches are short pants. To make clothing they used cotton or flax from sheep. The women spun the wool. In conclusion you knew how we made the clothing and what kind of clothing South Carolina people wore.
